Monday Morning Motivation

If it makes you happy, do it.  If it doesn’t make you happy, find a way to make it work or get it out of your life.

Monday Mini-Goals:

Totally kicked butt on my mini goals this week.  However, there were a couple of times that I only did this things because I knew I’d have to admit it on here if I didn’t.  See!  My little blog is holding me accountable!

Recap of last week:

1. Finish “Wheat Belly.” – Done!  Officially eating gluten-free and feeling awesome!

2. Clean the bathroom. (Ugh) – Um, 80%?

3. Push Up workout 3 times. – Only got this in twice, but I hit up Body Pump 3 times, so I count it as a win.

4. Hit 25 miles for Pile on the Miles. – Blown out of the water! 32!

5 . Foam roll every night (Need to make this a habit) – Ehhh, not so good this week.

Up for this week:

1. Foam roll AND stretch at least 15 minutes every night.

2. 25 miles for Pile on the Miles.

3. Destroy the to do pile at work with productiveness.

4. Drink at least 2 liters of water everyday.

5 . Operation Griswold on Friday.

YOUR TURN! Any goals for this week?

I was driving to work this morning and thought… “I cannot WAIT to read Monday Morning Motivation!!” I love this Laura. Some of my mini goals:

    1. Pack everything for camping
    2. Pepare at least 3 blog posts
    3. Bake 1 dessert (for the blog)
    4. Cook 3 Dinners (for the blog)
    5. Get caught up at work so I don’t feel guilty leaving Wednesday for the weekend.

Dear Katie – you freaking made my day. Where are you going camping? Most importantly, when are you coming to PDX?

🙂 I do what I can. We’ll be leaving either Thursday night or Friday morning for Anza-Burego. It’s BEAUTIFUL. Smack dab in the middle of the dessert down here… it will be nice in day and pretty cool at night. But right now is prime mountain goat viewing (super nerdy… I know!) but their big horn sheep and super rare!! I’m so excited. The fall flowers will be blooming on the cacti too!
I will be home for 10 days in December… from the 22nd – 2nd. I WILL be seeing you.
